Aerospace suppliers handle sensitive customer documents. Here is how AeroClause is designed to protect them, and what must never be uploaded.
Not for ITAR technical data
AeroClause is for purchase orders, quality requirements, and industry standards. AeroClause is not for export-controlled data. Do not upload ITAR technical data. Drawings, models and other technical data subject to export controls must stay out of the system.
Two checks on every upload
Automatic marking screen
Every uploaded file is automatically screened for export-control markings before the AI reads it.
Attestation on every upload
Each time someone uploads, they confirm the files contain no export-controlled technical data.
How your data is protected
US hosting
The AeroClause app and its data are hosted in the United States.
Two-factor login
Accounts are protected with two-factor authentication, so a password alone isn't enough to sign in.
Each company's data kept separate
Every company's documents and results are kept separate from every other company's.
Never used to train AI
Your purchase orders, clauses and results are not used to train AI models.
Switchable AI provider
AeroClause isn't locked to one AI provider. The provider can be switched if requirements or terms change.
